DuPage and Cook: rates and assessment cycles

The Illinois Department of Revenue lists Elmhurst in both DuPage and Cook counties. Effective August 1, 2026:

• DuPage portion: 8.75% (previously 8.50%)
• Cook portion: 10.75% (previously 10.50%)
